Na fila das privatizações do governo federal, os Correios registram um lucro recorde no ano passado, de R$ 3,7 bilhões.
A privatização está nos planos do governo, mas depende de aprovação do Senado para avançar e não há data para votação. Em 2019, o prejuízo acumulado era de R$ 2,4 bilhões, em 2021, a estatal fechou com o lucro acumulado de R$ 1,4 bilhão. Com o lucro, a estatal pagará dividendos para a União e também participação nos lucros e resultados (PLR) para os funcionários.
